ink cartridges for dell 924 printer
how can i get my printer to print with the black ink cartridge?

i have black ink, but my printer is only printing in color. our computer crashed a while back and it was fine before then. how can i get it to use the black ink? i have a dell photo 924 printer

Go to your printers folder inside the control panel. Right click on you printer and select printer preferences. At the top you will see a tab that says color. Click on that tab. Here you will see that it is selected to color. Change it to black/white. If that is not available change it to grayscale.
That should do it.
